Welcome to our HPHA website!

Holiday Park is a community of 120 homes in North Dallas with a beautiful 9 acre park which includes many amenities. We're located at the northwest corner of Arapaho & Meandering Way.  HPHA is administered by a Board of Directors comprised of elected member volunteers from each of the 8 circle streets.

Monthly HPHA Dues are $99.29 and can be paid monthly, quarterly or annually.
